The Select Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs was created to study and address the needs of our Louisiana veterans and active duty military members. Given the lengthy and ongoing operations, and the participation of so many Louisiana military units and individuals, the committee is to provide the Senate with recommendations and direction concerning Louisiana veterans and military issues.
