PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DESIGNEES
OF ELECTED OFFICIALS TESTIFYING IN COMMITTEE ON OFFICIAL'S
allowed to testify before a Senate committee on behalf of an
elected official, a public employee designated by the official
to appear on the official's behalf must file with the
committee chairman or committee secretary:
(1) A signed blue witness card
identifying himself and the designating official and swearing
or affirming that his testimony is true and correct. The
witness card can be obtained from the committee secretary.
