The Senate Human Resource Office administers a number of personnel programs and services for Senate staff and Members. This includes coordinating all aspects of recruiting and hiring of new employees.

Senate staff strive to provide resources and support of the highest quality to meet the legislative needs of the Senate and its members and committees through professional and nonpartisan research, budget, fiscal, and policy analysis, bill drafting, and other support services.
